FXall makes key appointments

FXall, has appointed Cyril Cottu, executive director and co-head of FX asset sales at Goldman Sachs in London, as chairman. Cottu replaces RBS's head of e-ventures Martin Spurr in the role, which is elected annually. Cottu has been with Goldman Sachs since 1998, and has played a major role in developing the bank's FX e-commerce strategy.David Gibbs has joined FXall as director, bank relationship management, EMEA. Gibbs joins from EBS and will be responsible for maintaining FXall's relationships with its liquidity providers and overseeing the sell-side implementation of new products as they are rolled out onto the platform. Takashi Uyeda has joined as Senior Director, Head of FXall Japan. Uyeda, who will be based in FXall's Tokyo office, will be responsible for developing FXall's growing franchise in Japan. ...continued
