MetaQuotes states that the MetaTrader 5 Platform provides a true multi-asset trading experience to traders, by allowing them to execute transactions in retail FX and Equity markets from the same MT5 trading account. MT5 is more versatile than its predecessor, MetaTrader 4 (MT4) in terms of additional functionality and is flexible and adaptable to any business model that a broker wishes to pursue. Considerable resources and tools have also been introduced to ensure that mapping and transferring operating settings from MT4 to MT5 can be performed with minimal effort, the company claims.  Installation MT5 has some new and exciting features for routing control, execution handling, and multiple asset class trading.
