Maria, 2024 was a busy year for PLUGIT. Please tell us about some of the key highlights for you.
2024 has been a big year for growth and innovation at PLUGIT. As a SaaS provider for forex brokers since 2012, we’ve always prioritized staying ahead. This year, we focused on enhancing our products and expanding our capabilities, with a few key milestones being:
Version 3 of our modular solutions: We launched an updated Version 3 of all our modular solutions featuring new tech, improved security, and an optimized user experience. By using next generation technology, we’ve strengthened the security and stabilty of the products, as well as optimized the implementation of updates, ensuring minimal downtime. Client (Broker’s) feedback played a big role here; we worked closely with them to ensure the solutions truly meets their needs.
A revamped CRM module: While our team worked heavily on all modules, the CRM solution was the one, I belive, that underwent the biggest transfomation in terms of functionality. A common theme amongst requests from leads this year was for a well-built CRM specifically designed for the forex industry, while complimenting it with market required tools (such as IB management, MAM/PAMM, Copy Trade, Bonus automation, and Dynamic Margin) already embeded, without complicated, time-consuming integrations. So that’s what we set out to reform in 2024; smarter and more efficient.
Introducing our newest module: The Copy Trade solution: We added Copy Trade to our suite, a highly requested module that lets brokers offer seamless trade copying.

Our solutions are built for retail forex brokers. They are aimed at streamlining and simplifying their workflows and processes, as well as introducing technology to help them attract new business, work with partners, and broaden their client base.

The FX market is constantly evolving especially with respect to the technology it requires. In what ways is this presenting new opportunities for PLUGIT?
For us, our clients have always been a source of inspiration for our products. We prefer working with them more on a partnership level rather than simply as technology providers. In this way, we ensure our solutions are aligned with their evolving challenges and aspirations. It also allows us to anticipate any industry trends and deliver tools that not only address today’s requirements, but also prepare brokers for future opportunities.
As cliché as it may sound, we recognise that as our clients grow, we grow alongside them, and we take pride in contributing to their progress. Ultimately, our success is fundamentally tied to that of our clients, and we remain committed to supporting their growth.
How have you been working to grow your business footprint around the world?
It’s been a mixed year for the forex industry, and the geopolitical situation hasn’t help the situation either. However, our solutions are accessible to brokerages worldwide, and are designed to be used globally, with no geographical restrictions, making them extremely easy to set-up and support anywhere. With this model, it’s been easy for us to expand our market share in both emerging and established markets.
What plans do you have for developing and rolling out new products and services this year?
2024 was heavily about developing and rolling out Version 3 of YOONIT’s existing modules. That being said, it doesn’t stop there for us. We have some exciting plans for 2025 including new ideas and product roadmaps which we will be sure to share throuout the year as they launch. Until then, it’s all under wraps, but watch this space.
We also plan to continue expanding our team in 2025, so it will be a great year to bring in fresh talent and new ideas as we find the right people that fit our culture.
